PC Support Manager manages a team that provides personal computer deployment and support, including setup, installation, repairs, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting.   • Tunista Logistics Solutions LLC Regular Primary Function We are seeking a detail-oriented leader to join our team as the Logistics Customer Support Manager. This role serves as one of the primary points of contact for customer logistics requirements and manages towards meeting all logistics performance objectives and goals. This role will oversee customer support activities for all programs within a very complex Enterprise Logistics environment. This role involves managing teams responsible for multiple logistics tasks to include GOLD cataloging, processing Drop-Shipments, creating Internal Purchase Orders (IPO), SEG code changes, GOLD Cap orders, DPAS due-ins, WIP management, Repair and Return, sensitive material management, reserving internal and outbound shipments, stakeholder interface, document preparation, data analysis, and inventory management. Essential Duties Lead and supervise teams responsible for customer support functions, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures. Lead customer tours and communicating supply support process flow. Provide clear guidance, direction, and support to customer support teams to optimize performance and achieve organizational objectives. Lead weekly meetings to drive resolution to inbound Frustrated Material. Attend and actively support Customer Director Level Management Action Review (MAR) meetings. Assist with development of policies and procedures within Command Media. Ability to build effective relationships and communicate appropriately with internal and external customers. Oversee logistics operations, including demand planning, receiving, storage/inventory control, kitting, transportation, production, parts packaging, disposition, and distribution processes. Ensure customer material end items and sets contain product listing or packing lists during Field Return process. Responsible for logistics management of sensitive item programs to include weapons. Key Point of Contact (POC) with transitioning customer’s material into the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand program requirements, priorities, and challenges. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in program support activities. Generate reports, briefings, and presentations to communicate program status, performance metrics, and key insights to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks associated with customer support functions, ensuring operational resilience and continuity. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program management, production operations, procurement, finance, environmental safety and health, and quality assurance to support program objectives and initiatives. Ability to identify errors and discrepancies in data and take appropriate corrective measures. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Transportation. Minimum of 25 years of experience in a logistics environment with at least 15 years in a leadership or managerial role. Experience in managing various logistics warehouses to include production and kitting. Strong knowledge of logistics principles, inventory management techniques, disposition, and customer support processes. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to coordinate and execute various projects simultaneously. Experience in utilizing the GOLD Inventory Management System. Familiar with Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS). Experienced in briefing multi-level leadership. Proficient in reviewing Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Statement of Work (SOW). Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and utilizing lean process tools. Solid background in weapons and/or sensitive item logistics requirements. Experience working in a government contracting environment.
