Performance Auditor jobs in Lowell, MA

Blu Omega is seeking a Performance Analyst/Senior Consultant for a federal program located hybrid/onsite at Hanscom AFB in Hanscom, MA 1-2x per week at most. This role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance, you will assist in planning and driving work within a determined approach to:

• Analyze technical, programmatic, financial, and schedule data to identify overlapping capabilities and gaps throughout an IT portfolio.
• Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts and program teams to document facts, assumptions, and constraints related to IT capabilities.
• Gather client requirements for BIM program performance management metrics and report visuals.
• Collaborate with developers to design performance management metrics capture and visualization in a Power BI reporting dashboard interface.
• Facilitate stakeholder testing for metrics and dashboard design while also socializing iterative updates to the performance management process and tool.
• Develop decision briefings and materials to communicate opportunities and needs to senior leaders, driving decision-making.
• Support the development of a dashboard by assisting with the identification and review of data sources, ensuring timely data refreshes.
• Train performance management stakeholders on the process and tool, interacting with dashboard stakeholders to answer questions and demonstrate functionality.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of information technology, technical analysis, data analysis, meeting facilitation, process documentation, briefing development, and presentation.
• Required: Program performance management design, focus group facilitation, process flow design, journey mapping.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Desirable: Excel analysis, Power BI familiarity, systems engineering, team leadership.
• Knowledge of defense financial processes, cybersecurity principles, and MS Power BI.
• Clearance Required: Active DoD Secret.

Location: Hanscom AFB, Hanscom, MA

Salary: $80,000 – 115,000
Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
