As part of the transformation, we are segmenting our customer portfolio and are implementing service differentiation to make sure that we serve the diverse needs of our customers.
As the customer strategy manager you will orchestrate our customer insights efforts and actively use the insights to define and implement our segmentation.
You will define the service packages and implement standards for these to monitor that we consistently deliver our services according to the customer needs.

The Customer Strategy Manager will be joining our commercial enablement team, which has as primary mission to enable and lead our commercial organisation of 550 employees to achieve our strategic goals across Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating our customer segmentation and the service packages for each segment.
This consists of the following elements:
1. Customer Portfolio and Segmentation Model
2. Customer Insights and Customer Engagement Model
3. Strategic Customer Engagement Projects
