Account Manager -Personal Lines

  • This position handles the insurance needs of our clients in a professional, accurate and timely manner.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Service clients’ daily account needs
    • Quote New Business/Re-writes
    • Round out Accounts
    • Creates renewal proposals and sends to Producer/Client as needed
    • Renews Agency Bill policies/Updates Exposures
    • Policy change requests
    • Claims support as needed
    • Assist with special projects and client requests
    • Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the company at its discretion from time to time

    Qualified Candidates Must Possess The Following Skills

    • Working knowledge of insurance terms and coverage
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong technology skills, including Excel and Word capabilities
    • Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with underwriters and insureds
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    Credentials And Experience

    • 1-3 years insurance experience
    • Licensed
