Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact
- Understand client needs and objectives and propose suitable solutions
- Generate new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
- Knowledge of insurance sales and sales administration processes
- Strong market knowledge and ability to analyze market trends
- Experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
