    Our firm is seeking hard-working, detail-oriented professionals who can provide a broad range of operations support with emphasis on personnel security, background investigation processing and customer service. This individual must positively interact with both clients and corporate colleagues on a daily basis and be able to thrive in a team environment.

    Essential Functions:

    • Demonstrate exceptional customer-focused solutions
    • Attention to detail and positive demeanor
    • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
    • Ability to work with personnel from all levels of an organization
    • Assist with all aspects of background investigation processing for the client population
    • Enter data into the e-APP system for processing from initiation to completion for the client population, including conducting a quality review of the information submitted and communicating with the customer, in-person, by email, and/or phone, to ensure proper completion of the e-APP
    • Additional customer service-related duties as required (e.g., fingerprinting, issuing ID badges, etc.)

    Job Requirements:

    • Prior personnel security experience required
    • Familiarity with background investigation forms required (e.g., SF-85, SF-85P, SF-86, etc.)
    • Strong preference for candidates with previous federal contracting experience
    • Strong oral and written communications skills required
    • Strong MS Office skills required

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience)

    Salary:

    • $80,000 - $90,000 per year depending on experience

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
