Personnel Records Supervisor jobs in Hawaii

A Team Pacific Roofing, Inc. is in need of shop personnel and a shop foreman immediately.

Hours are roughly 7a-3:30pm Monday - Friday unless otherwise discussed with the project managers. There may be required over time. 

These positions require you to deliver roofing materials to job sites. Some of these will be on military installations. Employment is contingent upon being able to access military bases/posts (i.e. you must be able to pass the government's background check for the access passes.).

This position will be to maintain the shop, materials, vehicles and any other work-related items you are asked to do by the project manager.

- You must be at least 21

- Have a valid driver's license

- Preferably Forklift Certified Operator

- Medical examiner's card is a plus though may be obtained

- Be able to stay on task without being micromanaged

- Have the ability/experience to drive a 16" flatbed truck

- Produce a clean driving record of no accidents and minimal to no tickets in the last three years.

- Prior shop experience is a plus

- Construction background is also a plus

- You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Our company policy is a mandatory drug test after any accident/incident, under reasonable cause and randoms. If a positive test is provided it can be immediate termination at the discretion of the supervisor or owner. It can be 2 weeks of unpaid suspension. You will be required to furnish a clean drug test to return to work. THIS POSITION DOES HAVE A NO TOLERANCE STANDING ON DRUG AND ALCOHOL USE with regards to operating vehicles.
