Duties:
- Respond to customer/employee inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Daily attendance, Safety meetings, Payroll
- Assist HR
- Resolve customer/employee complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain Employee records and update information as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Bilingual skills in Spanish is a plus
- Strong supervising skills to manage team members effectively
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with customers or colleagues
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
