Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Onsite Supervisor for a BRAND NEW DISTRIBUTION CENTER. As an Onsite Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or concerns they may have. Duties:
- Respond to customer/employee inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Daily attendance, Safety meetings, Payroll
- Assist HR
- Resolve customer/employee complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain Employee records and update information as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Bilingual skills in Spanish is a plus
- Strong supervising skills to manage team members effectively
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with customers or colleagues
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
