Our esteemed client, a pivotal hub encompassing Computer Operations, Facilities Management, Scheduling Services, and the Mail Center, operates round the clock, 365 days a year, requires a fifth shift to uphold its operational excellence.

We are currently seeking temporary employees to join this critical operational team.

• Monitor console for performance alerts to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee schedule to determine program execution during designated shifts.
• Monitor and regulate facility environmental controls including security, fire safety, humidity, and temperature.
• Prepare and maintain standard records and reports for operational analysis.
• Communicate any arising issues promptly to technical staff for resolution.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical staff and colleagues.
