```Duties```:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and guidelines
- Monitor and document changes in residents' behavior or health status
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions and reduce challenging behaviors
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Provide companionship and engage individuals in recreational activities
- Support residents in maintaining their rights and independence

```Qualifications```:
- Previous experience in direct support or patient care preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care, behavior management, and resident rights
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
