Pipeline Technician jobs in Olive Branch, MS

The Pipeline Technician will perform labor to provide pipeline repair to correct underground issues in industrial environments throughout the United States. The company will provide all necessary training, no pipeline experience is required.

TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF MEMPHIS, TN IS GENERALLY 30%-60% OF THE TIME.

EMPLOYEES ARE GIVEN DAILY PER DIEM, ALL TRAVEL EXPENSES PAID BY THE COMPANY.

Travel can last for multiple weeks at a time based on location and duration of projects. The Pipeline Technician is a full-time position, that provides a great and stable career path at a 100-year old employer.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a 10 year background check to gain entry to nuclear power plants, government facilities, and other work sites as such.
• Must have a valid Driver's License, with acceptable driving record, to drive Company's vehicles.
• Must be able to pass hair and urine drug tests to meet customer requirements.
• Must be able to enter and exit structures (Manholes, Vaults, etc.) leading to underground pipelines and safely work within the confined spaces in accordance with applicable Federal, State and company safety guidelines.
• Must be able to work in outdoor, adverse weather conditions and overtime when required.
• Must be able to ascend and descend a minimum 25’ ladder and work in elevated situations
• Must be able to work with chemicals and adhere to safety data sheet (SDS) for safe handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
