Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for facility, production equipment and building / machine life cycle
• Requirement specification review during investment process when applicable
• Assist with maintenance of equipment
• Lead or assist with equipment planning / modification
• Assist with upgrade spare part requirements for equipment (Obsolence solutions)
• Machine moves and installation support for plantwide equipment
• Work closely with technical planning on layout / planning.
• Coordinate with external contractors, maintenance teams, SMB and machine move personnel (including apprentices) for equipment installations / moves.
• Support local and global Maintenance KPIs, for example : planning rate, maintenance costs, maintenance efficiency, MTBF, MTTR, etc
• Help maintain Facility and Maintenance spare parts
• Responsible for managing and coordinating services provided by external companies
• Improve security of supply of utilities to support production
• Adherence to export control regulations and policies
• Comply with safe work practices : report unsafe working conditions, review any safety issues in operations, report all first aid incidents
• Comply with work standards, identify opportunities for quality improvements, and report quality incidents

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 to 5 years experience
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
