- The Operations Assistant will offer reliable support to the Operations Team and help improve efficiency checking drivers in at the end of day, close out routes and tickets on a daily basis. The Operations clerk will be responsible for the communication with the supervisors and/or managers regarding operations, routes, reports, paperwork, and payroll. Key Responsibilities: · Check drivers in at the end of day, reconcile routes and disposal tickets on a daily basis. · Complete and maintain a variety of reports as directed by supervisor/manager. · Communicate to supervisors and/or managers about operations, routes, paperwork, disposal tickets. · Use of software and programs to manage a variety of reports. · Assist in the collection of paperwork, organize, and complete reports as directed. · Assist in attendance and productivity reporting. · Communicate to drivers and supervisors as needed. · Communicate department related information daily. · Perform other duties as designate. · Assist Roll Off dispatchers. · Assist with time off coverage. · Communicate service issues to customers in a timely manner. · Scale Attendant. Requirements · Excellent communication skills; ability to maintain a professional relationship with drivers, fellow employees and customers. · Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi task in a fast-pace environment. · Ability to pay attention to detail; accuracy with data entry. · Proficiency with the use of computers and applications and ability to run reports (MS Office, Tower, Workday Payroll Systems). · High school diploma. · Prior experience in waste industry a plus. · Fast learner; flexible, and resourceful. · Excellent organizational skills. · Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. · Works well in a team-oriented environment. #GFLTalent Nous vous remercions de l’intérêt que vous nous portez.
