Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our law enforcement team as Police Officers. As a Police Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining public safety, enforcing laws, and protecting citizens within our community.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct patrols to maintain public order and safety

- Respond to emergency calls and incidents

- Investigate crimes and accidents

- Make arrests and issue citations when necessary

- Prepare detailed reports on incidents and investigations

- Provide assistance to the public and support crime prevention initiatives

- Engage in community policing activities to build positive relationships with residents

Skills:

Required Skills:

- Proficient in report writing for accurate documentation

- Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure

- Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and criminal investigation techniques

- Strong conflict management skills for resolving disputes peacefully

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Tennessee P.O.S.T. Certification

- Possession of CPR certification for emergency medical response

- Proficiency in driving various vehicles for patrol purposes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
