We are seeking a Facilities Technician for our Menomonie campuses.

Shift : 1st M-F

Our Team

This position will support 4 locations within the Menomonie campus. (Oaklawn, Red Cedar, Origen and Tech Drive.) The facilities are all within walking distance of one another and will be required oversight of all buildings for facility and grounds maintenance work.

What You Will Do

• Perform Facility and Grounds preventative maintenance
• Perform Facility and Grounds repairs
• Coordinating contractor support and overall maintenance
• Perform daily / weekly / monthly Facility and Grounds inspections
• Diagnose Facility malfunctions through use of proper test equipment
• General HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, and heat pump maintenance
• Establish and maintain records for preventive and planned maintenance

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Troubleshooting / problem solving experience

What Will Put You Ahead

• HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, and heat pump maintenance experience
• Building management software knowledge
• Detailed Oriented, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• General construction knowledge
