We are looking for a results driven retail Manager, responsible for the overall store management & performance, but focused on the store sales goals. The successful candidate will be able to exceed customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage/train staff effectively. Hat Club believes its strength lies in its employees. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in business or retail management. Store Manager responsibilities include:

• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Monitor & maintain exceptional inventory control
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, etc.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build success paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
• Be a shining example of great behavior and high performance
• Sales Manager
• The Great Mall Store Manager is responsible for helping each employee to achieve their maximum potential and ensuring that Hat Club standards and goals are met.
• Analyze and update KPI's weekly and coach staff
• Communicate with store staff, store management, & upper management (trends, traffic, issues, scheduling & overall outside perspective, both positive and negative)
• Daily, weekly, monthly statistics are to be reviewed with staff
• Behaviors are coached and observed by listening and watching the salespersons on the selling floor
• Schedule employees based on top KPI performance and their strengths/skill sets
• Should take opportunities to work with employees on salesmanship and performance improvements
• Versatility and flexibility
• Coach -drive sales, motivate, & delegate
• Follow up tasks with Assistant Managers, Floor Managers, and Hat Reps
• 100% attention is expected to be given to customer service – following Hat Club customer service procedures
• Playing above the line with a positive attitude
• Always act with integrity & adhere to Hat Club's 4 Pillars; Accountability, Character, Credibility and Transparency
• Pushing add-on sales both on the sales floor and at the register
• Cleaning and maintaining the store to Hat Club standards
• Cashiering and money handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
