Job Summary:

As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for contributing to the planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing efforts for a medical spa.

Working closely with the marketing team, you will assist in executing campaigns, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth. Provide insights to shape marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns. Prepare reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the management of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Create and design marketing plans with company brand identification and ensure deadline are met.
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders on marketing projects.
• Uphold and reinforce the brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements across all marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Canonsburg, PA 15317
