Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between care teams by managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and faxes at our call center
• Promptly respond to patients’ and our care teams’ inquiries
• Manages large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Scheduling appointments
• Obtain and update patient demographic information. Address any changes of patient’s information in computer database
• Scans updated paperwork into Electronic Health Record (EHR) under correct tabs; including documenting phone notes when appropriate.
• Entering clinical messages or questions into the electronic health record system

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, personable demeanor
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• One year of experience in the medical field is preferred but not required.
