We are looking for a qualified Sales Associate to join our Springfield location! We specialize in Golf Cars and Utility Vehicles, our main brand is E-Z-GO Golf Cars, E-Z-GO has an extremely well recognized name and offer a premium, Made in USA product.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries

- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

- Create sales posts on Social Media

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Assist with inventory management

- Maintain current inventory on website

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service role preferred

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour
