Position Summary:
Building upon level , the Bench Grinder/Deburr – Level 2 works with minimal assistance to perform all levels of hand finishing tasks such as edge breaking and employing a number of different deburr tools and media to achieve specified surface finishes on a number of difference materials. This requires basic print reading competencies, an intermediate understanding of different deburr media uses, as well as an intermediate understanding and familiarity with customer specifications such as BAC5700. Bench Grinder/Deburr – Level 2 operators also demonstrate and ability to use a number of inspection tools, such as micrometers, calipers, profilometers, etc..

The Bench Grinder/Deburr – Level 2 will report to the Operations Supervisor.
