Role Description

We are seeking a full-time die cutter operator for our on-site location in Sherburne, NY. The primary responsibility of the die cutter operator is to set up and operate our die cutting machinery to produce customized packaging products for our various clients. Other tasks include inspecting and maintaining the die cutting machinery, monitoring the quality of the products produced, and ensuring that safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working as a die cutter operator or in a similar role in the printing and packaging industry is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret complex instructions and specifications
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety procedures and regulations
• Effective communication skills and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with various types of die cutting machinery and equipment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent education level is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
