Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design initiative from ideation to execution, covering user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
• Create and uphold a consistent design language and style guide that reflects our brand and product vision.
• Continuously enhance the user experience by leveraging data, user feedback, and comprehensive research.
• Drive the overarching design philosophy for our products, ensuring coherence with the company’s long-term strategy and core values.
• Inspire and motivate the design team with fresh ideas and an unwavering commitment to delivering user-centric products.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven leadership experience in managing design projects and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Extensive senior-level expertise in UI/UX design specific to SaaS products, accompanied by a compelling portfolio that demonstrates your capacity for crafting engaging user experiences.
• Proficient in design tools, with a particular focus on Whimsical for mockups and Figma for design work.
• A creative mindset that encourages innovative thinking and the pursuit of unique design solutions.
• Exceptional communication abilities to articulate design concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• A passionate approach to design, showcasing a meticulous attention to detail and a solid grasp of what constitutes an outstanding product.
• Bonus: Experience as a short-term rental/Airbnb host or familiarity with the short-term rental industry is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary range of \(149,400 to \)166,000, determined by your location and cost of living. For U.S. employees, gross salary may range from \(126,990 to \)141,100.
• Additional compensation through RSUs (via our \(HOST token), estimated at around \)16,600 per year.
