Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for light industrial positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future client demands.
Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their business objectives and staffing preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and staffing challenges.
Placement and Onboarding:
- Match qualified candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, skills assessments, and pre-employment screenings for candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the workplace.
Qualifications:
- Staffing industry experience preferred.
- Proven experience in recruiting for light industrial or manufacturing positions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
