Full job description:

Job Overview: The association executive oversees the daily operations of the board office environment, ensuring efficiency and various administrative functions.

Duties:

--Manage office and handle telephone calls and emails and other communication channels.

--Responsible for membership enrollment of new agents

--Supervise MLS Manager in overseeing multiple listing service data base and handle any issues arising from same.

--Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable for all members dues, fees, etc., payroll checks and maintain accurate records. Assist with preparation of yearly budget.

--Attend all board and general membership meetings and organize and prepare for same.

--Assist board of directors with committee meetings, orientation and yearly meeting of NAR Core Standards.

--Some travel to state association events.

Qualifications:

--Strong organizational skills

--Detail oriented

--Experience in office management or similar role

--Proficiency in using office software applications

--Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with individuals at all levels

--Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication standards
