Graphic Designer

• 
  Collaborate with multiple teams to design campaigns & promotions that drive sales growth
• Design & produce flyers, brochures, ads, & other marketing materials
• Maintain a consistent brand story throughout all external & internal communications
• Provide graphic designs for the digital & content teams
• Edit photos with Photoshop and manage files
• Provide support on photo & video shoots
• Perform in-house printing for marketing & operations

Superior Plastic Products Inc., a vinyl & aluminum fencing and railing manufacturer, is looking for a Graphic Designer to convert ideas into images & layouts and collaborate with our creative team in illustrating & designing digital & printed marketing materials. Our Ideal Graphic Designer:

• Experienced: An associate (AS) or bachelor's (BS) degree in design, visual arts, or related field is required.
• Computer Skills: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & Photoshop is needed; experience with HTML, WordPress, & motion graphics is preferred. Knowledge of Digital Asset Management software is a plus.
• Flexible: Ability to pivot when project priorities shift or unexpected projects arise.
• Problem-Solver: Nurtures a continuous improvement mindset and enjoys thinking outside the box for creative solutions.
• Team Player: Committed to improving, learning, & collaborating with others. Enjoys a team atmosphere and demonstrates excellent interpersonal interactions & communication across departments.
• Organized: Ability to work efficiently & effectively within time constraints while keeping the big picture in mind and staying organized to complete your projects.
