What it looks like to be a designer at Rinard Media:
You show up somewhere between 8:00 and 9:00am ready to be the creative genius you are. You might grab a cup of coffee, organize your pencils and sketchbooks, and adjust your Funko pops as you prepare for the day. Standup starts at 9:00 and you dive into collaborative review of the previous day’s work and any projects you are currently working on with your project manager and the rest of the design team. It could be a website wireframe or a new brand you are creating. Every day is a bit different but is uniquely challenging. You are forced to hit deadlines and stay on budget while delivering excellent work. We love when a team member tries something new. Even when it’s an epic fail. This team is clever, creative, and very agile. They get pulled in a lot of directions and have to be able to change quickly.
