Privacy Director directs and develops the organization's privacy strategy, including policies, procedures, and initiatives. Ensures all business and data management processes reflect privacy requirements and comply with laws and regulations. Being a Privacy Director incorporates regulatory changes into the organization's processes. Plans and directs privacy training programs and communications. Additionally, Privacy Director ensures that compliance monitoring, auditing, and remediation are effective. Leads research and prepares communications in response to privacy-related events or consumer, government, or media inquiries. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Goddard School of South Windsor, CT is a unique and exciting, premier childcare program, specifically tailored for children from Infants to Pre-kindergarteners. We operate 12 months a year, and our focus is on early childhood development creating young, excited learners. This is a brand-new center, opening in Spring 2023.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative self-starter to join our team and lead this program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in early childhood education, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of management experience. There are endless opportunities for the creative mind to build our programming for young children. Job Requirements: This candidate will need a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Child Development, or related field. Additionally, 3 years or more of management experience is preferred. Strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong working knowledge of technology is necessary to thrive in this role. The successful candidate will also be a collaborator, self-motivated, highly organized, prepared, and able to multitask. There is minimal travel for training.
