    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Procurement Sciences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving client success through the effective use of our AI-driven solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
    • Understand client needs and objectives to align our solutions with their goals, driving value and ROI.
    • Onboard new clients, providing training and support to ensure smooth adoption of our products.
    • Monitor client usage and proactively address any issues or concerns to prevent churn.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to advocate for client needs and contribute to product enhancements.
    • Gather client feedback and work with the product team to inform future product improvements and features.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to discuss their progress and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Develop success plans for clients that outline critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role.
    • Strong understanding of the government contracting sector and experience with SaaS products.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
