Job Summary

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for collaborating on customer support matters, executing marketing strategies, and managing web projects to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement. This role requires a blend of customer service skills, marketing acumen, web content platform knowledge (e.g. shopify) and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

• Provide exceptional customer service support and project management of various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer support documentation and knowledge base.

Marketing:

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize campaign performance and reporting.

Project Management (Web):

• Coordinate and manage web projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with web developers, designers, and other stakeholders to implement website updates and enhancements.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer support, marketing, or project management.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
• Basic understanding of web development processes and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Slack).
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Familiar with tech stacks, content management systems and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify )
• Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
