The Quality and Performance Improvement Nurse Director will collaborate closely with the Chief Nursing Officer in developing strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement, process, and activities.

The Nurse Director of Quality Management will be supported by 6 skillful and tenured staff members. The Quality Improvement Director will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. The Director of Quality Performance Improvement will collaborate with all Nursing Directors and Ancillary Directors to develop programs in order to improve quality, performance, and overall core measures.
