Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations.
• Opening and Closing Procedures: Ensure that opening and closing procedures are executed effectively.
• Cash Handling: Be accountable for cash handling and adhere to financial protocols.
• Leadership: Motivate and guide team members to excel through effective leadership and communication.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasing environment for customers and team members.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Recruitment: Generate top-notch employee leads and focus on new hire onboarding and training.
• Quality Control: Ensure consistency in product and service standards.
• Documentation: Prepare all required paperwork, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
• Equipment and Product Management: Ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition and manage inventory effectively.
• Personnel Management: Administer corrective actions and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Understand and comply with all relevant regulations related to health, safety, and labor requirements.

Requirements:
