Milestone Project Services is currently seeking an Offshore Facility Rep to join our team.

Location: Mandeville, LA

Work Environment: Offshore

Travel Requirements: Offshore GOM

Responsibilities:

• Primary interface with Client and Contractor.
• Coordinating daily construction activities and contractor oversite at our clients offshore locations. Need to be able to provide execution planning, consulting , and HSE oversite of construction work including hot work on a live active producing platform.
• Responsible for verification that fabrication controls are being applied during construction:
  • Approve initial distribution of Issued for Construction (IFC) documents and drawings to the Contractor and to resource personnel.
  • Authorize distributing revised (IFC) documents and drawings to the Contractor and to resource personnel.
  • Authorize maintenance of a log to establish current revision status of plans, drawings and specifications.
• Directs staff to verify that special process controls are being applied during construction:
• Directs staff to verify that inspections, testing, and evaluations controls are being applied during construction:
• Directs staff to verify that handling, storage, and shipping controls are being applied during construction.
• Possesses an awareness of project schedule and budget.

Requirements:

• Experience and understanding of the hazards of an oil and gas producing platform and its general equipment maintenance requirements.
• 10 years of construction mgmt. (turn around) experience
• 10 years project planning, scheduling, budget experience
• 10 Yrs offshore supervision background required.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings (PID's , Iso's , structural details etc..)
• Critical thinking skills: installation planning and sequencing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate
• Attention to detail
