The Production Artist II collaborates with creative teams to understand the intended audience, branding requirements, and positioning of concepts. Develops and creates sketches and other visualizations and produces finished art work for creative projects. Being a Production Artist II applies the concepts of perspective, color theory, anatomy, and composition and utilizes art assets and software tools to produce art work. Translates requirements into required media and formats. In addition, Production Artist II may work on a variety of projects in marketing, advertising, game design, and cinematics. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in art, graphic design or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being a Production Artist II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     We’re currently hiring for a Production Artist (On-Call).

    As a Production Artist (On-Call) , you will :

    • Support public- and private-sector clients who tackle issues like HIV / AIDS, disaster preparedness, human trafficking, climate change, child welfare, and more.
    • Collaborate closely with art directors, designers and developers.
    • Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing.
    • Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners.
    • Create files for client review.

    As a Production Artist (On-Call) , you will have :

    Basic Qualifications :

    • Five (5) or more years of creative experience within agency and / or marketing environments.
    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

    Professional Skills :

    • An exceptional eye for detail.
    • A solid knowledge of the printing process and preflighting tools; strong experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
    • The ability to gracefully handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-speed environment.
