We believe in teamwork, innovation, and exceeding expectations. We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Roofing Production Assistant to join our growing team.

Main Scope of Work:

• Job Scheduling: Assist in scheduling jobs promptly once permits are obtained.
• Material Orders: Support the ordering and coordination of materials for each job.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure sufficient supply levels.
• Crew Scheduling: Help manage and adjust schedules to ensure job efficiency.
• Change Orders: Create and secure approvals for any change orders as required.
• Job Timelines: Develop and update tentative timelines for entire projects.
• CRM Updates: Keep CRM (Nimbus) updated with job progress, communicating with sales reps and customers 2–4 times per job.
• Customer Service: Strive for 5-star reviews by maintaining excellent communication and service.
• Production Scheduling: Assist the Production Manager in scheduling tasks and resources.
• Warranty Management: Help manage and track warranties for completed projects.
• Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up on all aspects of production to ensure smooth operation.

Other Responsibilities:

• Deliver small materials to job sites when necessary to ensure project completion.
• Expedite permitting processes when needed.
• Perform various small tasks to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Capture drone photos and videos to document projects.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Experience in roofing or construction production coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (experience with Nimbus is a bonus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to operate drones or willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
