Additionally, Production Maintenance Supervisor trains, coaches, and educates workers in best practices and safety procedures. Monitors work orders to ensure accuracy and quality. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Production Maintenance Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Production Maintenance Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Must experience in floor cleaning, personnel management, availability to support and cover absent employees,
Must have a vehicle to travel to different places in the Parker, Castle Rock and Highland Ranch areas specifically.

Responsibilities and Duties:- Perform general cleaning and sanitation of all areas of the job as directed by the supervisor
- Complete specific non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
- Remove garbage and trash as specified by job order
- Clean and Sanitize all high-touch areas as specified by the job order
- Ensure the job site is maintained and fully cleaned as specified by the job order
Qualifications:- Education - High School Diploma or GED preferred, but NOT required
- Experience - No Experience Needed.
- Specific Skills - Willingness to learn and develop over time
- Physical Abilities - Ability to spend 8 hours on feet. Ability to lift twenty-five pounds.
