Production Maintenance Supervisor supervises staff that performs maintenance service and repairs to complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems. Implements standard procedures to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness. Being a Production Maintenance Supervisor coordinates resources for troubleshooting equipment repairs. Reviews and supports equipment failure analysis and troubleshooting resolutions. Additionally, Production Maintenance Supervisor trains, coaches, and educates workers in best practices and safety procedures. Monitors work orders to ensure accuracy and quality. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Production Maintenance Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Production Maintenance Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Principal Duties & Responsibilities:This position is responsible for the direction of assigned production resources to ensure optimum manufacturing performance regarding minimizing cost and achieving the highest possible levels of quality and delivery in accordance with the approved business plan. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for the managing of hourly direct labor team members in the assigned manufacturing areas and shift. This position is also responsible for effectively managing cross-functional relationships with other departments to support effective use of manpower, materials, and equipment, as well as productivity improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a team-based manufacturing environment
- 5 years’ experience in a team-based manufacturing environment in lieu of degree
- Strong MS Office and systems background
- Previous experience supervising people is preferred
- AS degree - BS degree in manufacturing or engineering or related discipline is preferred, with a strong foundation in business administration
