Production Specialist jobs in the United States

Located in Hildale and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Production Sanitation Specialist (Encapsulation).

You will routinely operate, disassemble, clean, sanitize, reassemble, and stage the encapsulation and capsule polisher machines.

What you will do:

• Understand machine parts, components, and tools
• Maintain an organized and sterilized working environment
• Prepare auxiliary equipment and encapsulation room for production
• Troubleshoot and report machine issues as needed
• Accurately document and record your operations
• Follow and ensure cGMP and company standards

• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• The ability to lift at least 50 lbs or more
• The ability to use common hand and power tools
• An understanding of allergen control
• Chemical use, sanitation, and cGMP knowledge

What you must bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• 1 years of experience in sanitizing food or dietary supplement facilities
• Maintenance skills for equipment like grinders, hopper elevators, and blend totes

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
