About this role:
This position is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting of paid social media campaigns across branded platforms for clients in both B2B as well as B2C sectors. This individual contributor will play a key role in developing in-house paid social campaigns and supporting agency-led paid programs. The incumbent will work at 401 South Tryon Street in Charlotte, NC and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Marketing Consultant.
In this role, you will:
Execute social media campaigns across various platforms including paid social (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat & TikTok)
Provide continuous optimization of live media campaigns to reach client goals and KPIs
Identify and develop relevant tactics and targeting on new platforms
Leverage first and third-party data to build advanced audience targeting and segmentation
Drive engagement, impressions, awareness, thought leadership, and lead conversions
Ensure messaging aligns with social media guidelines and is consistent across channels
Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure effectiveness
Collaborate with key stakeholders and offer insights to influence decision-makers
Subject Matter Expert (SME) with social media best practices and trends
Identify alignment gaps, potential issues and solutions to mitigate risks
Enforce workflow processes to ensure standardized approach, management, and activation
Required Qualifications:
4 years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience managing paid social media campaigns either for a brand or at an agency
Experience working with various social media platforms (i.e. Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat & TikTok)
Experience with paid social media execution, media buying, bid types, etc.
Experience with web-based research tools, methodologies, and digital analytics
Experience presenting information that persuades, and enhances understanding at all levels
Experience consulting and influencing leaders, partners, and peers
