Overview of the Project Accountant Role:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently and accurately.
• Handle monthly draws and financial reporting with precision and timeliness.
• Expertly post transactions into QuickBooks, maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
• Conduct thorough reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless communication and transparency.

Preferred Experience for the Project Accountant:

• Accounting experience in the areas of real estate or construction a plus
• Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
