Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager at Rock Project Management Services in Renton, WA. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing some of our largest, most complex projects, leading project staff, designers, and contractors through all project phases on behalf of our public and private sector clients throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

Highly desire a senior level project professional with DBIA accredidation and experience managing public sector design-build and/or GC/CM projects in Washington State.

• Team leadership skills and ability to bring teams of designers, builders, and project stakeholders together to solve difficult challenges timely and effectively from early planning through construction

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills
• 10 years of experience in the construction or project management industry
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
