Job Description: Design Engagement PM

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to define and shape the branding and identity of the team.
• Ensure consistency in branding elements across all team materials, including presentations, documents, and online platforms.
• Partner with the strategy lead to integrate design thinking into project strategies.
• Offer insights and suggestions from a design perspective to enhance the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Help translate strategic concepts into visually compelling presentations and materials.
• Influence the team's identity and branding during client presentations.
• Collaborate closely with the Communications Lead to develop impactful presentation materials.
• Provide a broader perspective that aligns cohesively with the team's branding, goals, and objectives.
• Ensure that individual projects and initiatives contribute to the overall strategic vision and reinforce the team's identity.

Skills:

1. Presentation Design: Proficiency in PowerPoint or similar tools to create visually appealing and informative presentations that effectively communicate key messages.
2. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Hourly contract rate range of $50.00 to $65.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
