    We are looking for independent contractors that can help with property maintenance duties as well as handle portions of construction remodel. There are some new construction jobs as well. You will need to have a wide range of experience in construction. We are not interested in mechanical plumbing, electrical, heating, or insulation.

    This position will be working under a licensed property manager and contractor.
