Position: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Longmont, CO
Status: Full Time, Hourly (Non-OT exempt)
Immediate opening for a Full Time (40 hrs/week) Assistant Manager for affordable multifamily Apartments. The successful candidate must demonstrate skills in customer service, and marketing, including social media, administration, and solid people skills. Other duties as assigned. This position will work closely with the Property Manager to facilitate the operations of assigned properties.
