Expanding property maintenance company in need of a maintenance technician.

Job duties to include: troubleshooting, general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general residential/commercial repair work. Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
Painting capabilities is a plus but is not a requirement.

Starting wage is $22-$26/hour based on experience. First review after 30 days.

Hours vary based on workload/capabilities and offer tons of flexibility! Average hours range from 20-40. Must have a valid driver's license but a vehicle is not necessary.
