Psychological Services Director directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of psychological services to patients. Oversees the treatment of patients with emotional, mental, and or psychological disorders. Being a Psychological Services Director ensures the psychological division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Psychological Services Director typically reports to top management. The Psychological Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Psychological Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.   • We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Office manager duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience with medical billing and invoice management is preferred, but not required. A successful Office Manager should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping
    • Schedule meetings and appointments via online scheduling system
    • Input, organize and maintain patient information, electronically and in physical file
    • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
    • Answer inquires via email and telephone in a professional, timely manner
    • Organize and optimize office operations and procedures
    • Manage invoicing and insurance claims submissions for patients
    • Manage office General and Administrative budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
    • Provide in-person support to visitors and patients
    • Process payments and coordinate payment schedules and implementing payment plans with patients.
    • Maintain the highest level of discretion, professionalism and HIPPA compliance at all times.
    • Skills
    • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
    • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
    • Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
    • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
    • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
    • Medical or Mental Health office experience highly preferred

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
