    Director of Technology

    Duties:
    - Develop and implement technology strategies and initiatives to support the needs of the school district.
    - Oversee the management of all technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and databases.
    - Lead a team of IT professionals in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure.
    - Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
    - Evaluate and negotiate contracts with technology vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
    - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend innovative solutions.

    Skills:
    - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
    - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    - In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac Operating Systems and experience with virtual machines. Experience troubleshooting networks and knowledge of Enterprise Device Management (EDM).
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and Google Pages/Sheets.
    - Experience in managing help desk operations and providing technical support to end-users.
    - Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technology-related issues.
