May require an associate's degree with at least 4 years of experience in the field. Being a Public Transportation Inspector is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Secondary course work in an Environmental field.
Two of the following certificates / licenses: air quality, hazardous materials, water systems, wastewater systems, lead or other environmental related areas; or the ability to obtain within 6 months
