We are a growing company located in Springfield, MA looking for a motivated individual to join our team. This position is located in our corporate office in MA, and covers all of our additional facilities in CT and NY. Our ideal candidate has at least 2-4 years of experience in Human Resource in an office setting. Hiring and benefits administration a plus. Travel to all locations required with mileage reimbursement.
Responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
Conducting phone interviews to screen candidates
Coordinating interviews with Department Managers
Issuing offer letters and pre-employment requirements to potential new hires
Facilitating on-boarding process with Training Coordinator and Management
Scheduling Quarterly and Annual Reviews for all employees
Working with Department Managers on personnel issues (i.e. disciplinary, policies, etc.)
Maintaining Employee Files
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word
Basic knowledge of state and federal laws in regards to Human Resource requirements
Attention to detail and the desire to achieve superior results at all times
Very organized, with the ability to multi-task
Willingness to see tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
Strong work ethic
Ability to communicate in a professional manner, even in stressful situations
Full-time position with immediate opening.
Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
