Purchasing Coordinator jobs in Springfield, IL

Kohl Wholesale is looking to hire a full-time purchasing assistant to check purchase orders against vendor confirmations and relay discrepancies.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday 

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Secretarial and computer experience helpful.
• Must be able to utilize e-mail, the internet, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be proficient in various desktop applications such as Excel, MS Word.
• Able to think critically and solve problems.
• Should possess ability to recognize and correct problems, request assistance to correct them when necessary, or refer them to the appropriate supervisor.
• Able to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
• Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to enable employee to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned to him/her.
