Reports to: Director of Purchasing
Position Summary:
This individual is responsible for managing the Purchasing Coordinator position along with assisting the Director of Purchasing in the daily oversight of the Purchasing Department. Areas of responsibility include: start packages, VPO’s, invoice kickbacks, field related take off and plan issue resolution, core plan list, plan management, bid issues, new plan and community setup, coordinating plan and feature changes with Coordinators and Estimating, and other projects as assigned.
